As a Mother of three (born 2015, and twins 2017), Psychotherapist, and Professor of Psychology I believe I have various strengths and the ability connect to client concerns. The work of a Psychotherapist sometimes means to be nurturing like a Mother, insightful as a Therapist, but also an Educator that teaches skills.

I work with a range of clients from adolescents to adults with experience in group, family, and individual psychotherapy. My focus is to help clients gain insight into their concerns, gain an empowered sense of self, internalize a range of coping skills, and minimize negative influences.

I believe in the mind-body connection and uses mindfulness techniques as a way of connecting differently to thoughts and emotions. I am also a RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher).
